Again under estimated time needed/kept car. Last time, they didnt have the right part & couldn't get it in time, so I had to bring it back. This time they way underestimated the time it'd tak Last time, they didnt have the right part & couldn't get it in time, so I had to bring it back. This time they way underestimated the time it'd take (should be right out of the Time & Materials estimator). Had to keep the car longer. Then an unfortunate snow delay and loaner wasn't AWD like my Atlas (so couldn't get to work til snow cleared). Finally got it late Wednesday. Also I needed to register the car by Friday (expired Thursday) & out of state transfer needs VIN inspection... just a little added stress. More

Very unhelpful. Refused to work on my car after a certain time but were more than happy to charge me out the xxx for it. They fixed the issue with the car that I asked them to, and then the car didnt start. The essentially gave up saying the car was too modified after looking at it for 3 days. I had the car towed to a euro shop and within 10 minutes they were able to tell me it was a bad throttle body and had me back on the road a day later More
