I am very satisfied with their service. They were able to schedule my appointment the following day. I didn’t realize to check a flat tire, possibly change it and to run a diagnostic on why They were able to schedule my appointment the following day. Unfortunately a ride for me to pick up my finished VW with no offered shuttle was still a problem. I figured it out, however outstanding customer service would have included shuttles both ways. More
