While everyone is very nice and responsive I have now had my car there 4 times and they can not figure out where the rattling noise/ my issue is coming from. Would love for them to be able to figure it out and be able to give me a loaner car while they keep it for multiple days on end. More

$460 to remove 4 tires, pop a hood, and shine a flashlight in 3 places. Parts to complete the pourpise of my visit were nit on hand, but high preasure trade was.
