The employees I worked with in the service department were very friendly, and the area where customers wait for their vehicle to be services is outstanding, with five comfortable armchairs on a light blue carpet. A large color TV is there, and customers can change channels if they wish. Four electrical outlets allow for charging a cell phone or playing a radio to help the time pass pleasantly. Browsing among new vehicles for sale in the Sales Department about 100' from the Waiting Area also helps pass the time. Free snacks and coffee or hot tea are also available. More

Which replacement of part didn't take a rocket science to do, just someone mechanically inclined. Then they make my appointment for 730am, does t say they don't open until 730am, so don't come early. Which I did and knocked on window and was ignored. Plus kept my car all day. Why make an appointment? I have told everyone I know about my experience and all say they do t use dealerships for repair. Folks were very nice and friendly. They helped me find the wrong part number for a part I didn’t need. Had to order the part from California, because I was told it would be cheaper tha They helped me find the wrong part number for a part I didn’t need.
