1 star is the lowest i could go. This dealership installed my winch. Its been less than a month and i had to remove the winch to change the bumper. While doing so i found that 1) The This dealership installed my winch. Its been less than a month and i had to remove the winch to change the bumper. While doing so i found that 1) There were only 3 bolts installed when there should be 4 and 2) these Bolts were basically hand tightened when they should have been torqued to the proper torque requirement. All I have to say is that they are EXTREMELY lucky i didn't have a chance to use my winch because this could have caused damage to my Jeep or worse, inury and/or death to the user or occupants. I used to be a mechanic and now I'm an Engineer and all I have to say is that this is cause for some serious concern and this is the type of lazy work that causes companies to be sued or technicians to go to JAIL! More

Terrible experience, had an appointment at 10 AM for and oil change and check engine light. Didn’t receive it until 5:30 pm and they wanted to keep it for more days with no expected time line for check en oil change and check engine light.
