This dealership is a joke, brought my truck in for what I thought were warranty items. I have a 2022 GMC 2500. I have brought my vehicle to two different dealerships trying to figure out airbag issue. Ome thought were warranty items. I have a 2022 GMC 2500. I have brought my vehicle to two different dealerships trying to figure out airbag issue. Omera charged me $200 to diagnose and $130 for a OIL CHANGE! then quoted me $2000 to replace airbag which was just done a year ago! I told them that can’t be right, the truck isn’t old! I shouldn’t be having these problems. Told them I just had this done. Told them where….the basically told me it is what it is because I am 600 miles over my warranty period. 0 customer service. I called GMC after I picked up my truck and they told me they could provide assistance! I called the previous dealership and they said they would take care of it without GMC that Omera shouldn’t even have charged us a diagnosis fee. I will never set foot in Omera again. King GMC has won my business going forward. Even if I have to drive the extra hour it took me to get there! More

I had a $25 off certificate and paid $63+ for an oil change. I was told it was because of a price increase in oil. A couple days later I received a mailer for a $49.95 oil change. The same cost I’ve change. I was told it was because of a price increase in oil. A couple days later I received a mailer for a $49.95 oil change. The same cost I’ve paid for years there. More

Always efficient and professional. My last visit I had my tires rotated and they didn’t put air in them so I’m not sure if they were actually rotated. My last visit I had my tires rotated and they didn’t put air in them so I’m not sure if they were actually rotated. More
Im completely unsatisfied & unhappy about the entire experience. When I called to make the appointment, I asked for the location & the guy I was speaking to wasn't sure where it was located until after experience. When I called to make the appointment, I asked for the location & the guy I was speaking to wasn't sure where it was located until after he put me on hold to ask someone. Then the day before my appointment, I called to see if I could drop it off that evening because I wouldn't have time in the morning before my appointment & she told me I would need to be there before it closed, which didn't give me much time. I asked her if there was an after-hours drop-box for the key & her immediate response was no, but then quickly said she would go ask someone. After putting me on a brief hold, she picked up the phone & let me know that there is actually a drop-box for the keys. I then asked for the location one more time since the employee I spoke w/ when I made the appointment wasn't too sure & this girl was also unable to tell me where the place was located. I really just needed to know the cross-streets & what side of the street it was on & neither of them were able to tell me. When I got there to drop my vehicle off, I saw 2 employees walking out & I asked them where the drop-box was for the keys. Neither of them were aware that there was a drop-box. My appointment time was 9am I believe & when I first called they said they would need it all day to do the diagnostics. I didn't hear from them the entire day. It was a Friday & I wasn't sure if it would be open the next day so I started calling about an hour before close to find out what was going on. Nobody ever answered the phone or called me back & I left multiple voicemails stating that I was a little concerned due to the fact that I never even got a confirmation that they had received my keys. I'm not sure what time I began calling on Saturday but I called multiple times & left more voicemails before finally getting someone on the phone. I asked them what was going on & they said they didn't know but would get the message to the service department & someone would be calling me back. Nobody called me back all weekend. On Monday morning, when I finally got ahold of someone & asked them what was going on they said they would call me back, which they finally did. They told me that my car had JUST been checked-in! 3 days after I dropped it off & nobody has looked at it yet. Totally unacceptable. I should have at the very least been notified that they were running behind schedule, if that was the case. I was relieved to know that my car hadn't been stolen or something crazy. They called me back either later that evening or Tuesday morning & informed me of the diagnostics results & the price to fix it. I did some research & from what I found it was a safety recall issue, which was a relief considering the price of the repair. I then called the dealership & asked if that was accurate & they said no, it wasn't a safety recall issue & I would have to pay around $1,800 to have it fixed. I told them not to do the work. I then called GM & inquired about the safety recall. After a bit of searching, they found out that there was a safety recall on my vehicle for this same issue, however my particular vehicle had already been serviced for the issue & any further issues were at my own expense. I contacted the NHTSA & they advised me to file a complaint w/ them because GM wouldn't fix something related to a safety recall issue for free. I filed a complaint. The next step was picking up my car & when I made the appointment I was told that someone could bring me home from the dealership & pick me up & bring me back to the dealership when my car was ready so I figured they would do that. For some reason I didn't go get it that day & figured I would ask to speak w/ someone in sales about having it appraised for a trade-in before I picked it up anyway. I later received a call from Tomy in sales who tried telling me that rear-wheel drive vehicles do fine in the snow. I sent him some articles I read about rear-wheel drive vehicles in case he More
