Transmission worry Transmission was acting a bit weird but after flush seems as good as new. They found 2 oil leaks and repaired them as well. Ok, not great Fixed the hubs and sensors on my 2013 CTS and did a full tune. Overall result is fine but the cost was higher than anticipated and over 3 times origin Fixed the hubs and sensors on my 2013 CTS and did a full tune. Overall result is fine but the cost was higher than anticipated and over 3 times original quote. Communication was ok, but took 4 days for a job they said would be next day at latest originally. Jack was at least good at keeping me updated and car was returned working great, although a lot dirtier than when dropped off. More

Repair to electrical system and suspension. I made an online appointment for some continuing issues but had no way to know I would have to leave the car all day. I used the courtesy ride home bu I made an online appointment for some continuing issues but had no way to know I would have to leave the car all day. I used the courtesy ride home but never received a call about status, even though I called and left 2 messages. I called the next day (Saturday) to check on status and was told they would call me back. They never did and when I called several times, I finally reached someone only to be told mechanics didn’t work on Saturday. I had to have the car Monday, so we came to get it. No repair was made.
