It was made perfectly clear to me by every area of management in this facility that I did not matter. Emily actually acted disgusted just to have a conversation with me and hear about my problem. I can’t believe I spent my hard earned money to buy the truck of my dreams and spare no expense on warranty details to be treated like a piece of garbage a year later. Please believe that I will be letting the public know about how Omeara GMC treats their customers. My next custom paint job just may express my thoughts! I will be sure to bring it by so you all can see it!!! More
Had vehicle back multiple times for an issue they created when they put my vehicle back together after a head gasket job. Ended up breaking something but eventually covered it under warranty. I took my 2018 Sierra 2500 in for standard oil, tire rotation, etc. service on 4/13/21. Was told by Paul it would take about an hour an a half..(fine) After around an hour, he said I was ready to go did rotation, etc. service on 4/13/21. Was told by Paul it would take about an hour an a half..(fine) After around an hour, he said I was ready to go didn't need a tire rotation due to low tread..(fine) Paid my bill and left but about a mile down the road, i decided to go through the GMC diagnostic to make sure all was good. The first thing I came to was gas filter was at 0%. Turned around and Paul said that they missed it because it probably JUST POPPED ON (BS) I informed him that was BS and he knew it. Someone didn't do their job and he was trying to blow smoke up (MY A.) to cover for it. I had to wait another hour and charged an additional $155.71 and was pissed! Probably wouldn't have been as bad if he hadn't tried to BS me and the fact that I'd previously had to return multiple times for them to address the engine block recall. Good customer service means be honest with the customers! I may not like what you say but at least I feel like I can trust you! Cannot wait until i get the survey on Invoice number GCCS21291/GCCS21295. More

215$ and nothing changed AJ does not communicate well. I had to call him several times when I hadn't heard anything for a few days. My wife told him when she dropped the truck AJ does not communicate well. I had to call him several times when I hadn't heard anything for a few days. My wife told him when she dropped the truck off that they could not roll any windows down other than the rear passenger because I've been having trouble with the electric windows; when I got the truck back the front passenger window had been forced open and will not stay up now, it is completely broken. I also told AJ the AC was making a high pitched whistle and I had checked the refrigerant which read full. He insisted removing the refrigerant and refilling would solve the problem; against my better judgment I gave him the go-ahead at 215$ and the system still does exactly the same thing. It blows cold air until the engine warms, then blows warm and makes the high pitched whistle. To make matters worse, I also asked to check my ABS system. (I really got the impression they did not want to work on my vehicle, possibly because it is a 2001 with it's share of problems) AJ put on the paperwork the vehicle would not duplicate the problem. I drive this truck every day and every day the ABS and brake lights come on after four or five stops. I hope nothing goes wrong because if my brakes fail and I had it in your shop to diagnose; not too good for your shop. More
