I had an appointment on a Monday morning at 8:30 and got Mike their car there at the right time. I didnāt hear anything from the dealership on Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday I talked to Eric and said he wou Mike their car there at the right time. I had to call again on Thursday and Eric said it would be ready that day. I had called them several times on Tuesday and Wednesday and left messages never was a call returned. I finally got my car back at the end of the day about 430 on Thursday. All they wouldāve had to of done is told me that they were very busy and couldnāt get to my car but I was left without a car for almost the whole week . I had two different appointments for a minor repair. First one, my truck was there for three hours without being looked at. I wasnāt quoted on how much everything would cost before work was done to my car. The paperwork claimed that I was and this upset me because I ended paying more than expected. I would recommend because of convenience, but definitely make sure they donāt screw you and communicate! More
