I had an appointment on a Monday morning at 8:30 and got Mike their car there at the right time. I didn’t hear anything from the dealership on Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday I talked to Eric and said he wou Mike their car there at the right time. I had to call again on Thursday and Eric said it would be ready that day. I had called them several times on Tuesday and Wednesday and left messages never was a call returned. I finally got my car back at the end of the day about 430 on Thursday. All they would’ve had to of done is told me that they were very busy and couldn’t get to my car but I was left without a car for almost the whole week . I would’ve been glad to bring my car in later More

I had two different appointments for a minor repair. First one, my truck was there for three hours without being looked at.
