Eric Reyes and the O’mera Team are life savers. My family and I have been planning an extensive camping and road trip for two years now. When the check engine light came on a week before our start My family and I have been planning an extensive camping and road trip for two years now. When the check engine light came on a week before our start date my heart dropped, due to the fact my truck plays a major role in this event. My truck was diagnosed and serviced in 36 hours. Eight injectors had to be replaced and their was no hassles or games played. Knowledgeable, fast and professional is what I experienced. I thank you guys for taking care of my family the way you did. I took my 2019 GMC Sierra DiNali in to have a third brake light put in behind the cab I purchased the OEM part from a GMC dealer in another state because O’mara Gmc did not have the part cost me $209 they ne light put in behind the cab I purchased the OEM part from a GMC dealer in another state because O’mara Gmc did not have the part cost me $209 they never mentioned the fact that I needed a module for this truck I didn’t find this out till later two days later as a matter fact they said they found one that it was $600 when I talk to the parts department they told me that the module and the third brake light camera plus 2 mirror cameras installed would be $1400 they charged me $1500 to put in the third brake light camera and the module so they charge me approximately $800 in labor to put that third brake light camera in and the module which is ridiculous I asked him why does it cost $1400 to put all four cameras in versus the one camera and the module and he said that’s just the way it is. So when I pick my truck up I noticed that my tire sensors weren’t working I confront them about it and they said that they never touched anything that has anything to do with the tire sensors I took it up to Discount Tires they said there’s nothing wrong with the sensors that are perfect and they’re working it’s something that had to do with the module that they put in took it back up to o’mara Gmc and then the service manager comes out with a attitude out of them Eric and the manager had an attitude I tried to explain to him that I took it up to Discount they said there’s nothing wrong they both come out said it’s your aftermarket tires well it worked when I brought it in and now they don’t work they told me basically get out we’re not gonna fix them. I tried to call them before I went down both times I spent over an hour trying to get through they would not answer the phone I sat out in the parking lot and watched Eric sit at his desk I called the phone was ringing he never picked up the phone he just sat there I asked him why couldn’t you answer the phone we could’ve taken care of this over the phone because I’m slammed he says slam doing what you sitting there I would never recommend this particular dealer to anyone they treat their customers like crap then don’t care about you they don’t wanna hear from you one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with they have bad attitudes. If you’re in the market for a new truck car do not go to O’mara Gmc go to Sill-TerHar Ford go to LEN Lyall Chevrolet go to anybody but O’mara Gmc More
Scheduled an appointment and vehicle was not started on after two days. No follow up or notifications at all. Went in to pick up my vehicle because I was unable to reach anyone and the ceiling was leaking after two days. No follow up or notifications at all. Went in to pick up my vehicle because I was unable to reach anyone and the ceiling was leaking in several places and on the poor lady back there trying to help people. She was super nice and apologetic about it but the entire experience was unsatisfactory. Service was not completed so unable to provide more details. More
