It was my first time taking my car in for a service. I took my car in to get an oil change. Eric and the other guy that helped me were very nice and friendly. The waiting area was pleasant and had snack I took my car in to get an oil change. Eric and the other guy that helped me were very nice and friendly. The waiting area was pleasant and had snacks. The service took about an hour and I was able to get some work done while I waited. I was in and out fairly quickly. Will most likely come back for another service. More
I called a week in advance to request an appointment to look at a check engine light and have the differential and transmission flushed. They told me to bring it in at 7:30am the next Wednesday. I dropped look at a check engine light and have the differential and transmission flushed. They told me to bring it in at 7:30am the next Wednesday. I dropped off at 7:30am as scheduled. At no point was it ever explained to me that they would be keeping the truck for more than a day, let alone 5 days. When I called back at 5pm that same day it was at this point that I learned they hadn’t even started to look at it, and initially told me that I couldn’t even come pick it up. It was until I pressured to them that I need the truck back that they finally agreed to let me come get it. More
They were not very diligent in trying to find problem. Online reservation system did not show up on their internal sets so my truck sat there for 3 days before even being checked. And they would not let me take it home until they were ready. So I sat without a vehicle for all that time. Telling me that a dirty air filter was the cause for a transmission slip is ridiculous. I called and left two or three messages to set up an appointment and didn’t receive a return call. I called and finally got to talk to a service person and every thing went quick after that.
