When I talked to Anissa about scheduling problem she told me they were only diagnoseing it and that’s all well that was not the deal so even having a paper from management and a text it’s not enough I then tried to talk to jc about when I test drove the truck I screenshot the price when I did deal I didn’t realize they up the price a lot when I tried to show jc he got very mad about it and escorted me to the door I said prices don’t add up. Kurt the salesman said “one angry Customer won’t hurt us we have plenty coming in every day” So if you want to let anyone knowing that is buying something here to please be aware and careful More

Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and Joel got me checked in right away. Waiting area was nice. About 80 minutes later, Annissa let me know they were finished. She was apologetic about the time it took, but I thought it was reasonable. Nobody tried to sell me any added services. Just a note on the paperwork indicating the condition of the brakes. It was a low-stress visit. More
Got changed for a battery replacement even if the vehicle was not 3 years old from the purchase and was supposed to be covered bumper to bumper!! Only 36k miles and the battery was totally dead and needed to was not 3 years old from the purchase and was supposed to be covered bumper to bumper!! Had car brought in with a list of issues. I asked if they had all the info on what was wrong and was told yes and went over the items with them. Then was told I would have to pay another deductible to have them fix the items they didn’t fix when we talked about it when the car was delivered. Typical O,Meara I guess. More
