Go somewhere else, absolutely horrible customer service. I called for a service appointment and left a voicemail. I never heard back, so I scheduled online. When I arrived for my appointment they said they had no record of it and the online scheduling doesn’t transfer to their system, even though it’s on their website. Joel Nunez (service advisor) wanted me to leave my vehicle and stated they would get to it Monday, this was on Wednesday. After a lot of convincing on my part ( no concessions from Joel) I got an appointment to bring it back on Monday. I brought it back on Monday and they kept my vehicle all week to fix a mirror motor, ridiculous time frame for the amount of work. More
