Not good from time I left my car until I picked it up. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Service manager was rude from the beginning of this experience to when I finally picked my car up. I I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Service manager was rude from the beginning of this experience to when I finally picked my car up. I have purchased 2 cars from the previous dealer that owned this Buick dealership but would not ever come this one again. Communication was short and rude. Paid $600 for parts and over $3000 for labor. Not sure this would have happened had I been a man. More
