Shaquille was hands down the worse sales man I have ever met. Was extremely disrespectful from the start. This company had sent me a letter to help me through a bankruptcy and get into a new car. So I took met. Was extremely disrespectful from the start. This company had sent me a letter to help me through a bankruptcy and get into a new car. So I took the leap and made my way into the dealership. Embarrassing as it is, walking in with a little down payment and having a bankruptcy this man didn’t help the situation. As soon as I mentioned bankruptcy his attitude changed. He didn’t care about the sale anymore. We took a test drive and he was on his phone the entire time, not responsive to questions being asked, not informative of where to go but then would be at times. He was very unprofessional at all times. After he continued to have an attitude with me and going over numbers he kept referring to me as buddy, and he wasn’t being a “buddy” at all. This entire time having his attention on his phone and not on the sale. I had told him that I was approved at another location with a lower rate and I was going to pass on his offer, he had the nerve to say “you don’t have an offer, have you seen your credit, your lucky your even getting this deal”. When indeed I did have another deal set up with lower rates than he offered. Let alone what sales man would ever say this to a customer, especially when your company insist on helping out someone clearly in need. This man clearly needs to go back to sales training 101. I hope this man looses his job, that’s how terrible this experience was. More
