I had an appointment on a Monday morning at 8:30 and got Mike their car there at the right time. I didn’t hear anything from the dealership on Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday I talked to Eric and said he wou Mike their car there at the right time. I had to call again on Thursday and Eric said it would be ready that day. I had called them several times on Tuesday and Wednesday and left messages never was a call returned. I finally got my car back at the end of the day about 430 on Thursday. All they would’ve had to of done is told me that they were very busy and couldn’t get to my car but I was left without a car for almost the whole week . I had two different appointments for a minor repair. First one, my truck was there for three hours without being looked at. This dealership seems more interested in getting vehicles out the door than putting out a road ready vehicle. I recently purchased a 2015 Sierra and later found out that they never did a pre-sale safety insp out the door than putting out a road ready vehicle. They did make good on the inspection and $2,800 in needed repairs but the inconvenience seemed to be all mine. I spent an entire Saturday waiting for minor repairs and the inspection. I then missed about 3 hours of work to bring the vehicle in for the remainder of the needed repairs. I would not do business with them again. More
