Worst experience in every category. Sales, finance, and now service. Congratulations. I went in for service and dropped off at 830. For an Oil change and to install some chrome trim th Sales, finance, and now service. Congratulations. I went in for service and dropped off at 830. For an Oil change and to install some chrome trim that was damaged when we bought the vehicle brand new for nearly 90k. At 130 I asked how much longer it would take and they hadn’t even started. They claimed they did not know what to do. I had to take my Yukon home before they even changed the oil for my complimentary first oil change as apparently they couldn’t complete that in 5 hours time. I will take my Yukon elsewhere for services and will never buy another vehicle from an omeara company. We were supposed to get a $500 rebate for financing through GM financial but the sales manager stopped replying to my questions about this. I have two chrome pieces of trim at the dealership they were supposed to install and at this point I would like to just pick them up and have someone else install them because I don’t want to return to your location.
