Woman service advisor came to waiting room told me after 2.5 hrs car almost ready apparently went home after 45 min I went to check the guy said it’s been ready for over and hour no one bothered to come tel 2.5 hrs car almost ready apparently went home after 45 min I went to check the guy said it’s been ready for over and hour no one bothered to come tell me it was ready that is poor customer service and a waste of my time I was told it would take no more that 2hrs well over 4 hrs also was told the loud squeak was a common issue on my car yet they said nothing wrong and it didn’t qualify for the problem they have with these models my car is brand new still squeaking loudly and I want it taken care of it’s an awful noise and it is a known problem just because they couldn’t hear it they did nothing about it I have only 4700 miles on a 2022 Buick Encore X and I’m not driving it the life of this car with that squeak there is something wrong and she seemed to know there was something known to this model yet nothing done about it I want it fixed. So someone had better call me or I’m getting a hold of Buick myself about this poor service that I received at your dealership. I will take the problem as high as needed to get this resolved. More
