I took my Bronco in because the latch on the back seat was broke. After 3 days the latch still wasn't fixed. I got great service, but they don’t use their appointment system well. Made 1st appointment, when I got there I was going to have to leave it all day, so made new appointment and they still said I had to lea system well.
