Being able to describe your vehicle’s issue and being able to understand what the service center is advising sure your vehicle is serviced properly. Jai over at omera ford was commited to figuring out the weird problem on my vehicle i broight it in 3 times. The first they couldnt find the issue and told me it may have been a antena interferance. Tge se weird problem on my vehicle i broight it in 3 times. The first they couldnt find the issue and told me it may have been a antena interferance. Tge seccond time the mechanic had thought it was the key and had me pay out of picket for a key. 3 days later the same problem occured. I broight the vehicle back and they kept it for a week and half. Finnally they figured out it was a wire from the bcm to the pcm that was shorting out due ti heat from the exhaust. Was super happy to get the vehicle back however the mechanic at first seemed to be guessing at problems and made me pay for a key when i already didnt have money i would like like to be reimburesed for that mis diagonstic issue. More
