I’ve never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism. I never actually met my service rep. It was always his day off, in another department, running late, or just simply not around eve unprofessionalism. I never actually met my service rep. Was told it was ready to be picked up three different times. And never had satisfactory repairs done. I still have three free oil changes and won’t be using any of them at this dealership. Or any other services again. More

Still disappointed that no one can figure out what is wrong with our explorer. Have taken it three times and still not fixed.
