I recieved no follow up after dropping off the car. They had the car for 3 days. I had to call several times with no call back. This is my second dealings with service, both have been poor. I will use More

They kept my vehicle for a month and would not update me on the progress or what they were doing. It wasn't until Mirando took over for my vehicle is when things got done. She kept me updated everyday. More
