It was a three week wait just to get a diagnostic completed. Communications during that time to set the experience expectations were non existent. Once then work was started, it took an additional two weeks to compete the repairs. Once the car was picked up, we found the repairs weren’t thoroughly done and now we need to bring the car back for additional diagnostic and repair - all for the same thing it was brought in for originally. I made a 2 week out appointment for them to take a full week to evaluate that my battery was bad, and then try to over charge me for fixing the backup camera.
