Scheduled an appointment to have my new truck serviced and to have a few problems I was having diagnosed. I was told at the time of scheduling I could wait for the truck while it was in service. I was informed when I got to the dealership if I wanted them to look at the problems I would have to leave it for days. No recalls would be taken care of while I wait and the only thing they would do while I was there was change the oil. Huge disappointment. More
