Our sales experience with Omeara was great. However, our service experience has been terrible. Several things went wrong with my Explorer in the first year. We scheduled the maintenance for when we would be out of town for 10 days since they couldn’t provide a rental car. They did not even start looking at it until 3 days before we returned and none of the maintenance or recall work was completed. They asked to schedule the work for a few weeks later when the parts would be in, but never called and would not return calls or repeated texts to get a status update. They also said it would be 3-4 months before they could look at a known turbo issue and expected us to leave our car with them sitting on the lot for that entire time, with no replacement/rental vehicle. Their treatment of women is appalling and condescending, and feels like placating at best. And their service has a total lack of quality, consideration, and follow-through. More
Never going to this location again, what's the point of making a reservation a month in advance, while saying what the exact issue is, if they still hold the car for a week waiting on parts? Horrible dealership, horrible customer service and just all around horrible. My truck has sat in the lot TWICE for over two weeks without even being touched. No communication from anyone whatsoever. I had all around horrible. My truck has sat in the lot TWICE for over two weeks without even being touched. No communication from anyone whatsoever. I had to pick up my truck after waiting and waiting for some kind of response that never came. The first time I dropped my truck off and picked it up, I was told my ticket would be left open and I would get a phone call when the service center was ready to look at it. I’m still going on 5 months with no phone call. I will NEVER bring my trucks here again. Why are you scheduling appointments if you can’t handle the workload? Every associate in the dealership is useless, unhelpful, and can’t take the time to return a phone call, email, or text message. I had to walk in to the dealership to get information about my vehicle since nobody would respond to my texts or calls. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible dealership. I wish I could give it 0 stars. More
