The buying is process and getting me into a new vehicle was somewhat fast, but everything that followed was not. I was told I could pick up my vehicle in two days and it ended up taking 6 weeks. During that time I was told several times the vehicle would be ready in a couple days, which was never the truth. Once I finally picked up the vehicle it was not detailed as promised and was dirty, the windshield was still cracked, the tank was empty, and the key didn’t work. Instead of admitting any fault and just helping me out, the salesmen continued to blame other departments instead of taking any accountability. The dealership also didn’t process my trade in and Ford Credit reached out a month and a half later wondering what was going on. There seems to be a major issue with communication there. I recently got my windshield replaced and the key fixed. Sean with maintenance was great. More
