The actual mechanic/service guys were great and my car runs great. The part that sucked was setting an appointment almost a week prior and being told that my recall repair would be done the same day, I dr runs great. The part that sucked was setting an appointment almost a week prior and being told that my recall repair would be done the same day, I dropped the car off at 7am and told it would be done by close the same day and I'd get a call. Nothing that day, nor the entire day after that. However I called the second evening to check on it, and was told "oh yeah, it should definitely be done. I'll give you a call in the morning". Didn't receive said call, and around 2:30pm I walked an hour across town straight from work to pick up the car. When I showed up, the service rep had a deer in headlight look when I said I was there to pick up the vehicle, then said it was CURRENTLY being worked on and would take about half to a full hour to be done. At this point I had to scramble to find someone to pick up my kindergartner from school. I get a recall repair isn't high priority because no money is being spent. But essentially being put off and the lack of communication from the desk staff have ensured I'll be going to a different location for any repairs or service to my Focus. More
