Well in the past I have had several really terrible experiences with O'Meara Ford when purchasing a new car but that being said the recall for my vehicle was completed very quickly and I couldn't have experiences with O'Meara Ford when purchasing a new car but that being said the recall for my vehicle was completed very quickly and I couldn't have been any happier. I was met with an enthusiastic service person Dan. Unfortunately, it was not a quick fix as Dan was hoping. I did everything he did, via the user manual and YouTube. I believed that this was the right place to get it fixed, with his enthusiasm. The vehicle would not go into program mode for new remote fobs. He said that the vehicle would have to be checked in for less than a week. I brought my vehicle in on Sunday night. Never got a call that my car was secured. I called them on Tuesday, and was transferred to a voice mail for Dan. He called me back and said they did not get into it yet, it would probably be that evening, or the next day. Great. Wednesday comes and goes, due to snow. I let Thursday be the Wednesday. Called on Friday and left two voicemails for Dan, no one else wanted to give the information. Finally I got a call back about 5 pm, they still have not looked at it. I was a little frustrated. He said he would call me up on Monday morning with an update. I told him it was President's Day, are you sure thy will be in. He said, If I have to be here, they do too. Now I am uncomfortable. Monday, I call at 3 and leave yet another voicemail because he is not at his desk again. Finally at 5:30, I get a call from Dan. They still have not looked at it. I told him I was on my way to pick up my vehicle. Got there at 5:45, and walk in, a gal welcomed me, and I said I was here to pick up my vehicle. She said, I will call for it to be brought around, and I would have to wait for Dan, which he was not at his desk. Well, Dan actually brought my vehicle around, dropped the key in my hand, said there you go and walked into the building. No apology, no remorse, no customer service. I attempted to submit a "contact us" form, and it just spins and does not submit. So yeah, if you have a complaint.... We don't care, is my feeling with the company. If you go to their FaceBook page, you get to see Bonnie's adventures in flying.and deals on tires etc. I give it two stars, because I have had friends have great luck and service with them. More
