I took my truck to Omeara Ford for simple repairs – the subwoofer rattled, and the CarPlay system would glitch out. My service agent was Paul, who, while nice, turned out to be completely incompetent, computer illiterate (needing help from other service agents for simple tasks), and simply unreliable. Multiple times, Paul told me my truck was fixed, but it never was. My warranty has since expired, and Paul suggested I call Ford for help. Ford called Omeara on my behalf, set up an appointment, and once again I was told "everything was taken care of" and that there would be no bill. Then Paul called me, informing me I owed $500 for work that should have been covered by Ford under warranty. It took me 6 weeks to argue my way out of that bill. After months of arguing with Paul, dozens of unanswered texts through Omeara Ford’s system, and over $1,000 wasted on rental cars while my truck sat in their parking lot for weeks without being worked on, I’m beyond frustrated. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. One last note – when I went to see the Service Manager, Mark, another customer was trying to barge into his office with similar complaints, threatening the dealership for keeping their car parked in the lot for weeks without service. TL;DR: Speaker still rattles, CarPlay is still glitching, Paul is completely worthless, and so is the dealership manager Nathan. Save yourself the headache and avoid Omeara Ford at all costs! More
