O'Meara Ford service center is absolutely horrible. I had an appointment to have a simple oil change and wheel alignment scheduled for my E-450 Class C motorhome on 9/5/24. I had drove 260 miles from North Platte Nebraska and stayed at a local Elks lodge for the night before my appointment. Upon arrival for my 9:00 a.m. appointment the girl behnd the desk seemed to be completely clueless even after looking up my appointment. I was then told that they cannot service my motorhome. They even asked the fleet manager if they could do it. I was told NO and this was the policy. I told them you had serviced it approx. 1 year ago for the same thing. He was super rude and said well that is not the policy now and babbled something about using Cruise America. I was so hot at this point that I stormed out pissed off as all xxxx. I called Cruise America and asked about where they have their Motorhomes serviced and they said.... O'Meara Ford. Now, to add insult to injury I have just received an e-mail this evening 9/8/24 that I have missed my appointment and to call them to re-schedule. What a bunch of jack-xxxxxxx they are. More
I give this dealership a 1 star rating due to the fact I already told them the issue with my transmission.. $400 later they told me they are not able to fix my car. What more irritating is O'meara Ford took over a month to let me know they couldnt fix my transmission. Whats worse is I called the xxxxxxx that took my car never returned my calls 3 times.... When I finally retrieved my car, and complained I dont want anything to do with the xxxxxx... nobody gave a xxxx how bad the customer service was. I spent over $400 knowing what the problem was and all O'meara Ford said in essence.. xxxx off. Fact is, I regret buying a 2008 Mustang from this company.. I thought I could trust them. The bigger issue is I call Paul Odeki three (3X) times and he never returned my calls.. and because of it I berated somebody else due to his inability to do his job!.. Why the xxxx should I have to wait a full month to understand why car cannot be fixed? More

I was forced to pay over $400 to be told what I already knew. I knew I had a transmission issue. I told them my transmission was bad. I told them my transmission had no reverse I told them what exactly was knew. I knew I had a transmission issue. I told them my transmission was bad. What they didnt tell me is if they could fix it or not.. whats more, it took over a month , however I had to berate a service tech in order to figure out what was going on with my car. The fact of the matter, the idiot Idelt with in the first place never returned any of my 3 calls. I had to chew out/scream at a service manager that had no idea who I was. I was also told, they as a Ford dealership cannot fix my ford transmission unless they just replace it for over $7000 Heres the kicker, I took it to a transmission shop and they fixed it within a week for half the price... I trusted O`Meara ford. I bought my 2008 Mustang thinking they would treat me fairly. In the end they told me to xxxx off... I can never trust them ever again! More
