What a fiasco! They either flat out lie about the service they are able to perform in an appropriate time frame or are completely incompetent. 1 I give my experience a 'zero'. I was needing a simple replacement of an alternator. I called and asked how far out you were booked for service. I was told Wed 26 April @ 07:30. When I made the appointment, I asked if I should expect my car back on Wednesday or Thursday? I was told more than likely Thursday. When I dropped my car off, several service employees were there looking my car over and putting down paper. I was impressed with the intake. My service advisor sent me a text right after dropping off stating texting him was the fastest way to reach him and that he would text me once they diagnose the issue. I did not receive a text on the day I dropped it off at 07:30. Expecting my car back the next day, I awaited a text or call in the morning telling me what I already knew... bad alternator. By noon I had not received a text or call yet. I waited until after the lunch hour, and texted my service advisor just after 13:00, asking for an update. By 14:30 I had not received a return text from the Service Advisor, so I called. I got a different service advisor on the phone. His first question was, what are we doing for you? I explained I had an appointment the following day at 07:30 to get an alternator replaced. He sighed and said in a stressed voice and said, your car hasn't even been assigned a technician. I asked him if my car would be ready by the end of the business day and he said no. I asked him not to do anything with my car, that I was coming to get it.
