Engine lite came on in my Expedition. Two Ford dealerships couldn’t check it for a couple weeks. Jay said f I could leave it for 2 days they’d get it in and let me know. He called don Tuesday, told me the problem and ordered parts. Parts were back ordered and he got me a car to drive. My car was fixed before the other dealerships could even get me in. Very expensive to replace a passenger door handle. Made an appointment for Friday morning, which really isn’t an appointment, but expressed that I would be waiting for the car to be fixed. There was confusion between the shop and the representative as to the amount that needed to be paid. Apparently the door had to be taken apart twice because the first time didn’t work. Also heard two sales people in front of me talking about commission, and how upset one was that he wasn’t getting his fair share. Not a good representation of Ford during this experience. More
