poor service department I had my truck in for service and was told water pump was out was replaced and we pick up the truck it was under warranty. we drove it to shop p I had my truck in for service and was told water pump was out was replaced and we pick up the truck it was under warranty. we drove it to shop put on 80 miles towed back to o'Meara ford next day was told a critter ate the line to my turbo not under warranty i said it had to happen there when it was parked in there lot truck is parked in a shop when not in use . was told it did not happen in there lot. service man earl said to call ford. called ford nothing called service manager tom said he would call me back never did left 5 messages was told it was pressure tested before it left there if it was ate by a critter before we went there with it it it would not have passed a pressure test after repair if it was even done so now i have to spend thousand of dollars to replace the turbo as it was not repaired right the first time. as turbo ran out of fluid. I will have sue them to get my truck back on the road . i have purchased more cars and trucks for my business and self over 43 years not any more last few times I have had problems with service department. . poor customer service! Jan 3rd, I went to Omeara, needed 2 rear tires, mount & balance, alignment & oil change, everything was great until Jan 6th, was shopping in Brighton Jan 3rd, I went to Omeara, needed 2 rear tires, mount & balance, alignment & oil change, everything was great until Jan 6th, was shopping in Brighton & came out to find a flat tire, I aired it up & drove about a 1/2 mile to discount tire, they took me in 5 minutes before closing, they performed major surgery on the tire & could not save it, they told me they could put the spare on, but I wasn't comfortable driving home, to work the next morning & then to Omeara, in hopes they would replace the tire, I only had $50.00 to my name & discount sold me a $80.00 tire for $50.00. When I contacted Omeara the next day, I was told since I didn't buy 4 tires, there was nothing they could do for me, I explained to them, I didn't need 4 tires I only needed 2, my family has always taken all our vehicles to Omeara for service & we've also order parts from them, we've been a very loyal ford family, Omeara's response was absolutely ridiculous, said it was not their fault, I must have hit a pothole, even though the tire was only 3 days old, they would not compensate me anything, but a free oil change, this loyal customer will never do business with Omeara again. I explained to them, I'm on a single income & live paycheck to paycheck, pretty sure if they can comp a free oil change, they can comp a tire. Terrible customer service. More
Purchased the car here in 2011 - Salesman was OK. Went to finance, very specific about wanting a 60 month finance. Finance man put in 72 months in small writing, but I caught it. Specifically asked for a Ford warranty - Finance guy sold me a private warranty that is only good at their dealership - didn't catch that. Paid cash instead of finance because the games were getting ridiculous. Second service had a tire rotation - Scratched my wheel during the service, although when confronted, they fixed it. Service advisors seem to all be pushy and have no patience. 50000 miles I came in with several complaints that would be covered under warranty. Advisor wrote quote of $320 and explained that is their diagnosis fee - but would be free IF the problems were found to be covered under warranty. Couldn't show advisor my issue because they took my car to a back lot. Told him I was waiting but car wasn't "diagnosed" for over 4 hours. Fixed issues under warranty, but guess what, chipped my wheel!!! Advisor called me and told me my cabin air filter was horribly dirty "as if it has never been changed" and he highly suggests changing it.. I told him that's funny, I changed it two weeks ago and it's brand new! "Well, uh, maybe my tech wanted me to ask you if you have or not." Came to the quicklane once, parked outside the garage but was told to pull in. Advised of a long wait but an O'Meara truck blocked me in and refused to move so I was stuck.. Will NEVER buy a Ford again. More
My family bought a used Saturn Vue from O'MEARA the beginning of March of this year 2013. We purchased a warranty that would take care of the timing belt among a few other things. The beginning of June 2013 the car stopped running and O'MEARA had us take the vehicle to a Chevrolet dealer because the vehicle is made by GMC. Come to find out one of the serpentine ribs of the belt shredded off and went into the side of the motor and it seized up. (which the warranty that we purchased did not cover) I went to O'MEARA and spoke with a manager there and he stated that there was nothing he could do for me and that there is no warranty even if it were a brand new vehicle that would cover what happened! I could not believe that I had purchased a vehicle from a great dealership and they would not help me. I told that manager that I could have gone anywhere to buy a used vehicle but I chose a respected dealership and to have the vehicle only last a few months was not what I expected! (Oh by the way did I mention my family had previously purchased two brand new Ford F150, the first one in 2007 and the 2nd one in 2011.) I worked with Brian Bearden to have a motor put in the Saturn and worked with me on the amount it would cost to repair. I am writing this review to not only show that there are FANTASTIC people like BRIAN BEARDEN and JUSTIN CHAVEZ that have pride in the company they work for, but to let everyone know that one bad apple does not spoil the bunch! Please know that I will continue business with O'MEARA FORD! More

I heard a strange noise from the suspension. Omeara charged me a 120 dollars to diagnose the problem and then told me I needed 1300 worth of repairs. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion charged me a 120 dollars to diagnose the problem and then told me I needed 1300 worth of repairs. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion. H said all I needed was an alignment. I then told him about Omearas recommendation. He showed me the parts that omeara said needed replaced. He explained why they didnt need to be replaced. he even showed me proof that Omeara had never even disassembled the parts they said that needed replaced. Omeara tried to steal 1300 dollars from me for no reason. The new mechanic aligned my car and rotated my tires and the problem has been solved. Later I talked with Brian Beardon, the service manager. He assured me we would get to the bottom of it. he also assured me his mechanics do not get a commission and have no incentive to pad a bill. He also told me he would refund my 120 dollars diagnostic fee. I feel better after talking with Brian but am not sure if I will take my vehicle back to Omear or not. I changed a few 1's to 3's on my ratings because of Mr. Beardon More
The wife and I had purchased a 2005 Ford Freestar from Rockys Auto, after about a year of driving the van, we had a serious problem with the transmission and thought we were going to be out THOUSANDS. We thank Mark and everyone at o'meara for treating us so well and helping us to tap into the resources we needed to get the car fixed with minimal cost to us! They really blew me away with the service and the respect they showed us from day one. More
the dealership had my truck for 2 weeks continually made incorrect repairs. when I left the problems were still there so I took It to a differnt shop for the repais. Took my car to the collision center after I was rear ended. The end result was terrible. Had to leave my car for another day and the work that I paid for out of my pocket looked like something Maaco d ended. The end result was terrible.
