Service Overall, I had a decent experience. I had the transmission replaced in my truck along with an oil change. I wasn't really kept up to date on the prog Overall, I had a decent experience. I had the transmission replaced in my truck along with an oil change. I wasn't really kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle and had to call several times. In all fairness though, there was a blizzard that shut down operations for several days. My vehicle was finished 1 day ahead of schedule, which I greatly appreciated! For what I had to pay for the transmission ($4500 plus oil change and taxes making it $4554), I kind of wish they would have thrown in the oil change, though the diagnostic fee was waived so that was pretty great. More

Service Visit O'Meara was fantastic. We booked our appointments for both vehicles. We arrived on time and our vehicles were serviced in less than an hour! Everyon O'Meara was fantastic. We booked our appointments for both vehicles. We arrived on time and our vehicles were serviced in less than an hour! Everyone was friendly and courteous-inspite of the snow-bomb of the century dropping in on Denver at the time. Must also give the team kudos for putting the customer first in that the power failed we we were checking out and they comped the service rather than holding us to wait for power to be restored. We really appreciate O'meara for being a honorable company and plan to stay with them as long as the service remains the same. More

Customer focused, knowledgable & responsive I called in explaining to the service rep an issue I had been having with my truck. I told her what I thought the issue was with the IWE and she wa I called in explaining to the service rep an issue I had been having with my truck. I told her what I thought the issue was with the IWE and she was knowledgable about the part the symptoms of a bad IWE. They got me in 7am the next day diagnosed the problem as a bad IWE made the repair and had my truck back to me by 1pm that same day. More
