Hectic Day at the Service Center I've had better experiences at this dealership. They seemed to be understaffed and uncoordinated between service desk, shop and cashier. I have my doubts about whether or not they really rotated my tires, checked my brakes and battery. They also said they mentioned the air filter on the paperwork, but didn't. There is corrosion on my battery posts that wasn't mentioned and they didn't give me any info on the status of my brakes like I asked them to do. More

The service team is great, excellent customer service and they make eye contact. I voiced concerns about the recent problems with my model of car and was told they would give me another appointment for that specific issue. I left with my appointment and rental car setup for my next visit. Team is easy to work with. More

Horrible phone etiquette and broke clock I kept calling...5 calls in all...and getting transferred to every department you have. All anyone wanted to do was transfer me elsewhere until final I kept calling...5 calls in all...and getting transferred to every department you have. All anyone wanted to do was transfer me elsewhere until finally being transferred to someone not present so I had to start over. I called to check on status but got nothing but jerked around. Then when I finally do find out my car is done I get home and realized you broke the clock on my car. Now I have to go back, a 30min drive round trip, because of poor work. I'll go elsewhere next time. More
