Customer focused, knowledgable & responsive I called in explaining to the service rep an issue I had been having with my truck. I told her what I thought the issue was with the IWE and she wa I called in explaining to the service rep an issue I had been having with my truck. They got me in 7am the next day diagnosed the problem as a bad IWE made the repair and had my truck back to me by 1pm that same day. More

Lift Gate Repair Warranty Work I brought my vehicle in for Lift gate warranty work. The Vehicle was in for 3 days when they called to say the car was fixed I arrived to find out tha I brought my vehicle in for Lift gate warranty work. The Vehicle was in for 3 days when they called to say the car was fixed I arrived to find out that it was not fixed and was told the tech probably guessed at what was wrong and the same problem was happening. The car was in for another 3 days. Once I arrived to pick up the car there was a large scratch going down the corner panel. They acknowledged they caused the damage now the vehicle has to go get repaired in the Collison center. More

Long wait time. I had scheduled a diagnostic in advance and when I brought it in I was told it would have to wait over the weekend until my vehicle was even looked at I had scheduled a diagnostic in advance and when I brought it in I was told it would have to wait over the weekend until my vehicle was even looked at. The weekend turned into a whole week until my truck was looked at during which time I had to rent a vehicle which was quite costly over that amount of time. The labor cost in my service was extremely high and surpassed the value of the parts by 3 times. I wouldn't recommend them for any service you may have. Craig was a good guy and pretty helpful but the service wasn't too great for me. More
