I was greeted upon arrival and given directions on whom to see. My appointment was acknowledged before I could say anything. The service team is great, excellent customer service and they make eye contact. I voiced concerns about the recent problems with my model of car and was told they would give me another appointment for that specific issue. I left with my appointment and rental car setup for my next visit. Team is easy to work with. More

Service Overall, I had a decent experience. I had the transmission replaced in my truck along with an oil change. I wasn't really kept up to date on the prog Overall, I had a decent experience. I had the transmission replaced in my truck along with an oil change. I wasn't really kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle and had to call several times. In all fairness though, there was a blizzard that shut down operations for several days. My vehicle was finished 1 day ahead of schedule, which I greatly appreciated! For what I had to pay for the transmission ($4500 plus oil change and taxes making it $4554), I kind of wish they would have thrown in the oil change, though the diagnostic fee was waived so that was pretty great. Horrible phone etiquette and broke clock I kept calling...5 calls in all...and getting transferred to every department you have. All anyone wanted to do was transfer me elsewhere until final I kept calling...5 calls in all...and getting transferred to every department you have. All anyone wanted to do was transfer me elsewhere until finally being transferred to someone not present so I had to start over. I called to check on status but got nothing but jerked around. Then when I finally do find out my car is done I get home and realized you broke the clock on my car. Now I have to go back, a 30min drive round trip, because of poor work. I'll go elsewhere next time. More
