Sold tires I didn't need During a routine oil change found out I was sold high performance tires which I didn't need. Suspected something when I took car in for an alignment, During a routine oil change found out I was sold high performance tires which I didn't need. Suspected something when I took car in for an alignment, car kept pulling to left and right. Was told alignment was good. When I took in for my recent oil change was told all the tires were wearing bad, and advised to get new tires. Still had over 20,000 miles left on these tires. My Ford Escape was driving on Perilli tires, we purchased tires at another store and brought the Perilli tires back to OMeara, they are supposed to send to dealer to see if we can get some refund. Was very upset that I was sold theses tires to begin with. More

To sum it up, my experience was a bit wonky. I had a scheduled 5:40 appointment and was five minutes late and was told by Tony that he had sent all of his mechanics home and mine would have wait I had a scheduled 5:40 appointment and was five minutes late and was told by Tony that he had sent all of his mechanics home and mine would have wait until morning. I was then told that there was no shuttle service that night which was a Friday. Y'all really need to state that very visibly on the online appointment form by the way. Also someone else stated that you were open until 7:00 pm. Hmm. I received a call at 9:45 on Saturday morning that it was ready. I was supposed to have gone to a funeral at 11 and would have made it had it not been for "oh we don't have shuttle service on Saturdays." Well folks, this is what happened with this customer's perception: Both Friday and Saturday shuttles appeared both times, my mother-in-law who picked me up on Friday (didn't on Sat. because she had to work.) saw the shuttle too. On Saturday someone got in and it drove off. I received an explanation that oh they were just taking her across the street. I live two miles from any given bus stop and therefore had to take the bus Saturday morning thus missing the funeral. I am a bit disappointed in the lack of courtesy on the online service appointment page. Had I known I would be stuck taking the bus on Saturday I could have prepared and left an hour earlier. That is what I am a bit peeved about. This is why I don't like to bring my car into O'Meara for even routine maintenance and or recall issues, because I felt like I was an inconvenience to the service person. I work a full time job and at least two or three other side gigs to make ends meet. I just get really tired of feeling like I am on the short end of the stick. I do grant that the work on the car was good. I have no complaints on that. You just need to be a bit more up front on your online appointment form please and thank you. P.S. You don't need to publish this. Just please let them know that this area needs a bit of improvement. More
Worst service ever!!! This was the worst service ever. I had a 10:45am appointment on Saturday 3/30/19. I arrived at 10:30am and checked in they didn't move my truck until This was the worst service ever. I had a 10:45am appointment on Saturday 3/30/19. I arrived at 10:30am and checked in they didn't move my truck until 11:15am. I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation and wheel balance on my 2006 F350 Dually with 40,000 miles. The tire's were purchased at the Dealer. At 2:00pm I was called that my truck was ready, I left the waiting room and payed for the service. I walked out to my truck and noticed that the tire's were not rotated. Before I left home I took pictures of the right front tire and wheel the white lettering on the tire was dirty compared to the left front which was clean. I also took a picture of the right rear wheel. The wheel has a 1 1/4" wheel weight compared to the left wheel which has a three inch wheel weight. The wheels were in the same position when the service was done. The wheel weights had dirt and grime on the edges proving they did not balance and rotate my tires. I opened the hood and noticed my oil cap was missing! I walked back into service and asked for the service manager. He accompanied me to my truck where I showed him my oil cap was missing. He found the oil cap on the front of the engine, it was cracked on the edges from the hood being closed on it. The service manager tried to give me a xxxxxxxxx STORY that the tires were rotated. He offered the next oil change on them. I stated I would not be back. Upon further investigation when I got home I pulled the oil dip stick the oil looks black like it wasn't changed. I have used this dealer for service since I bought the truck in2006. I will never use Omeara again!!! More

Frustrating experience I scheduled an oil change online through their website. I set an appointment first thing in the morning. When I arrived I wasn't informed there was go I scheduled an oil change online through their website. I set an appointment first thing in the morning. When I arrived I wasn't informed there was going to be a high wait time. After 1 1/2 hours, I went to the service department and asked for an update. I was told another 1/2 hour. After 50 minutes later, I went and asked for another update. I was told, another 15 minutes. I ended up waiting for 3 hours, for a oil change. I was told their software is allowing double bookings to be made online. I was also told that there was 4 people in front of me. Even though I scheduled this appointment last weekend. At no time was I told there was going to be a very long wait time, had I been informed of that, I wouldn't have waited. I think I should've been told of the situation the 2 times I asked for an update. The service department did take 10% of the bill which I do have to give kudos for. More
