I had talked with Miranda on the phone regarding my Explorer needing a new serpentine belt. The vehicle needed to be towed in. Very timely and quick with my oil change. Eugene in service was very friendly and attentive. I believe that a thorough job was done. However I mentioned my dually tire on the inside drivers r Eugene in service was very friendly and attentive. I believe that a thorough job was done. However I mentioned my dually tire on the inside drivers rear was low. After the inspection was complete, my tire system still states that the same tire is at least 20 lbs low compared to the rest. I can air up my own tire but the inspection report stated that the tires were checked. Overall it was a good experience. More
