I would just like to say that Miranda is a special employee that went above and beyond to help me with my issue. The call center said that my vehicle would be looked at the same day I took it in. I sp employee that went above and beyond to help me with my issue. The call center said that my vehicle would be looked at the same day I took it in. I specifically asked her if this was true and she agreed. Well she lied. It would be beneficial if you correct this issue before you loose customers. Thank's to Miranda that she felt my disappointment, she had my truck looked at and fixed the next day. You have a good employee that cares about her customers issues. More
