Not bad but, service writers need to be more knowledgeable when contacting customers, and a diagnostic fee for a leak seems a bit too much, I mean it isn’t like you hooked up to the computer! They have been incredibly helpful with my search for a car. The individual that helped the most was Chuck, who took the time to sit down and talk with me about what I was looking for and then texted me wh car.
