I recieved no follow up after dropping off the car. They had the car for 3 days. I had to call several times with no call back. This is my second dealings with service, both have been poor. They told me i should wait about 1-2 days for a diagnosis but it took about a week for them to figure out that my flex pipe was broken even though we told them that.
