Overall, the service at O'Meara was exceptional. Given the long history of issues I have had with my 2 year old vehicle, I will have to wait and see if their technicians were truly able to solve my truck's problems. More

I had an upgraded security system installed on my Maverick there. Over the next few weeks the alarm went off repeatedly for no reason. I returned to O'meara to fix the problem. I would still like the system either fixed or if faulty, replaced. More

For one they did not take out the down payment when they were supposed to, they didn’t pay off the car loan and I almost got hit on my credit report for it. We some times have trouble with the phone being answered for service, but when they do nothing but excellent service. Same day service on a battery replacement, arranged shuttle back home and offered a shu for service, but when they do nothing but excellent service. When I arrived the person checking me in was not friendly. He also did not listen carefully and put my number in the system wrong so they had to email me when my car was ready.
