I give this dealership a 1 star rating due to the fact I already told them the issue with my transmission.. $400 later they told me they are not able to fix my car. What more irritating is O'meara Ford took over a month to let me know they couldnt fix my transmission. Whats worse is I called the xxxxxxx that took my car never returned my calls 3 times.... When I finally retrieved my car, and complained I dont want anything to do with the xxxxxx... nobody gave a xxxx how bad the customer service was. I spent over $400 knowing what the problem was and all O'meara Ford said in essence.. xxxx off. Fact is, I regret buying a 2008 Mustang from this company.. I thought I could trust them. The bigger issue is I call Paul Odeki three (3X) times and he never returned my calls.. and because of it I berated somebody else due to his inability to do his job!.. Why the xxxx should I have to wait a full month to understand why car cannot be fixed? More

Was quite disappointed by this dealership and it’s only gotten worse since my initial experience. I purchased a Ford Bronco from them in May and opted to pay cash for it. I came to an agreement with my sal gotten worse since my initial experience. I purchased a Ford Bronco from them in May and opted to pay cash for it. I came to an agreement with my sales professional that I would put a deposit down to reserve the car and that I would return to pick it up after I sent a wire the following Tuesday once my bank opened. The agreement specified that the car would not be used for test drives as I would be the owner on the title. When I arrived to pick the car up, there were three additional miles on it, it had not been detailed, and there were scratches on the vehicle (interior and exterior) that had not been there prior. After speaking with the representative filling in for my representative and him responding “it’s not even that bad” I asked to speak to the manager. The manager admitted to the mistake and offered to comp me oil changes at any ford location for the first 36k miles. He also offered to replace the parts that were scratched which I took him up on. I came to have the parts replaced the following week and agreed on a pick up time. The dealership is about an hour away from my house and I specifically asked that the dealership quote me a conservative estimate surrounding when I should pick the vehicle up as I did not want to wait or have to make 2 trips. Five minutes prior to my pick up time after I had already driven up to pick up my car, I received a call from my sales rep informing me that no work had been completed as the mechanic “got stuck at a more important meeting.” I returned home only to be called back 2 hours later. During that call the sales rep told me that the work had been completed. When I arrived, the scratches on the interior material were worse than they had been prior and I was told that the factory had sent them that way. They offered to reorder the parts but at this point, I was tired of working with them and opted to go elsewhere. Fast forward a month and I still had not received my title to my car. They made it a point to ship it in a manner that would cause the title to arrive one day after my temporary registration expired after I had called in a couple of times to check on its status. It has now been two weeks since I received the title and the interior of my Bronco’s soft top roof has started to unravel and peel. Typically I would chalk that up to a manufacturer issue but judging by this dealerships complete disregard for customer service and shady practices while making “repairs,” I have my doubts. More
I’ve been getting the run around about a used car I was interested in buying for two weeks.
