Communication was basically nonexistent, never got a call back when I was told I would by a specific time and would have to call to check in just to get an update multiple times. My vehicle was there for 2 weeks and sat untouched for over a week due to lack of communication with the dealership to the insurance provider. Travis was unable to take accountability any time I would ask what was gonna on, it was always blamed on a technician, “miscommunication” or the insurance company and never “their fault”. When I asked to pick up my vehicle (because I was told diagnostics would be 3-5 days and it was 2 weeks later) I was told “no” because they needed to finish paperwork for me to sign. The only paper I signed was for the wasted $150 I payed for them to not give a full diagnosis so unsure as to why I needed to wait to pick the vehicle up when there was no extra papers to sign and it had been there for 2 weeks.
