Tried to order a vehicle through them. Initially they were very responsive, and the ordering process was easy. I’ve called 4 times, and each time I was told I would get a call back. On my third call I frustratingly mentioned this, and I got a call back relatively quickly. The fourth time I called to cancel my order due to awful communication, they said they would call back and haven’t in over a week. No surprise. I didn’t know it was so hard to spend $80k+ on a vehicle. At least they don’t accept deposits until your order is allocated. More

Eugene stapled the wrong multi point inspection sheet to my paperwork. He emailed my copy to me. He did inform me of service that my maintenance plan covered that other reps had told me would cost additiona my paperwork. He emailed my copy to me.
