Desk personnel were friendly, helpful and thorough. Especially Eral. I was a little disappointed that it took 2 weeks to service my car, but understand the lack of techs. Some confusion between tech left my rear wiper not functioning when I picked it up after the 2 weeks. However, they came to my house a few days later, picked up my vehicle and had it back to me within a few hours, fixed. Thank you! More

Miranda was very rude not helpful. When we asked questions she proceeded to get an attitude when she called out on it she said she was stern and not bitchy. Miranda was truly the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. I came in to get airbags replaced due to being recalled. I was told it would only take a day. My fusion sat for a week and was not repaire deal with. I came in to get airbags replaced due to being recalled. I was told it would only take a day.
