Buyer beware! Look over your vehicle thoroughly inside and out!! I was so excited about my 2021 F-250 that I missed 3 decent sized dents and scratches! My fault!! I took it to the body shop only to also realize that the passenger front fender was a shade of green instead of gray! I looked at the sales photo I had from their website and there it was! Green instead of gray! The sales team also had stories on why the carfax had discrepancies. According also to the salesman, this truck was owned by a friend of the Omeara owner and had lots of money so apparently took care of his vehicles! Obviously a truck with only 9,000 miles and it had been beat up a bit! One thing I did catch was it needed an alignment before I took it off the lot. When I contacted the salesman to get a reference for a body shop, I got fed lip service and then eventually blown off. Don’t make the same mistake I did! All the body shop bills is $3800. If you do buy from O’Meara, double and double check that vehicle again! More

Horrible dealership, horrible customer service and just all around horrible. My truck has sat in the lot TWICE for over two weeks without even being touched. No communication from anyone whatsoever. I had to pick up my truck after waiting and waiting for some kind of response that never came. The first time I dropped my truck off and picked it up, I was told my ticket would be left open and I would get a phone call when the service center was ready to look at it. I’m still going on 5 months with no phone call. I will NEVER bring my trucks here again. Why are you scheduling appointments if you can’t handle the workload? Every associate in the dealership is useless, unhelpful, and can’t take the time to return a phone call, email, or text message. I had to walk in to the dealership to get information about my vehicle since nobody would respond to my texts or calls. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible dealership. I wish I could give it 0 stars. More
