Great service! From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They helped me find the perfect car for me. I was very impressed with how quickly everything was completed everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They helped me find the perfect car for me. I was very impressed with how quickly everything was completed. I've had my car for nearly a month now and I couldn't be happier with it! More
Do not use this dealership... My situation is somewhat long winded but end of day all that matters is the customer service. At no time was I treated politely or respectfully. They had a downright disdain long winded but end of day all that matters is the customer service. At no time was I treated politely or respectfully. They had a downright disdain for my presence and it showed on their faces, and this is before I said a word. Please show them customer service matters and choose another dealership for your auto related needs. More
Deciding between a 2011 Mustang GT, or a used Roush, or used GT500. All are within the same price (with the GT500 being the most expensive and clear first choice if price and funds allow). Contacted Elto used GT500. All are within the same price (with the GT500 being the most expensive and clear first choice if price and funds allow). Contacted Elton about a used Shelby, but it was not what I am looking for. He mentions that he just took in a Roush in trade and encouraged me to come by and "check it out". He mentions that I should do so quickly, as it will likely sell quick. I make the time after work in rush hour to get there. I love the car! I keep my reaction to myself because a smart buyer shouldn't let on how much you want the car (or so I have read in multiple sources). Well, I did all of my research about the GT vs this version of the Roush beforehand. All of the research leads me to no conclusion other than both cars are amazing performers and I would never use either to their full potential! So, it comes down to the question; which car do I like better? How do they drive? I've driven the Mustang GT, and loved it. When it's time to compare their used vehicle, I am not permitted to drive it. Not informing me of this up front, before the 45 minute commute in rush hour, is a blatant disregard for my time! Now the salesman asks his manager, and he goes in to ask his manager. Meanwhile, I'm outside with the new salesman, Jesus (Elton was on his way out when I arrived), who is trying to insinuate that I intend to abuse the vehicle by driving wrecklessly! I am not some teenager, out for a joy-ride! I am a 38 year-old-man that works in financial services! I am told that this is out of respect for the new owner. In other words, they were making the assumption that it would NOT be me. They never took me seriously, they had no respect for my time, and they accused me of wanting to "hot-rod" the car! Don't go there. Don't even stop in to browse. They are very high pressure and if you don't give in, they won't take you seriously. More
Why would a dealership take your Money ($3500 and a trade-in) and give you a signed contract with the payment arraignments and then call you to tell you they can't finance you 3 weeks later? They want trade-in) and give you a signed contract with the payment arraignments and then call you to tell you they can't finance you 3 weeks later? They want $2500 more and then MAYBE they can finance!!! You would think they would want to sell a car instead of it sitting in their inventory! HaHa! More
I have to say that going to Omeara Ford was by far the most enjoyable experience in car buying that I have ever had! I told my salesman how pleased I was to work with him and he asked that I write this re most enjoyable experience in car buying that I have ever had! I told my salesman how pleased I was to work with him and he asked that I write this review at this site. I was alittle ruluctant at first but after reading some of the awful reviews I decided it was unfair that the only reviews that are written are by angry people. While I was at this dealer the worst part of the process was waiting to get into one of the finance managers office to finalize the paperwork. This was because there were only two guys that did that job available and six of us who had bought a car while I was there. I would reccomend O'meara to family, friends and anyone else looking for a vehicle. Much better dealer than others I have used in the past. More
This is the WORST dealership that I have ever encountered! I saw a vehicle on their web site and emailed them about it. Elisa emailed me back and set-up an appointment for me to see the car. When encountered! I saw a vehicle on their web site and emailed them about it. Elisa emailed me back and set-up an appointment for me to see the car. When I got there no one know who Elisa is, and the car was not there yet. I asked for an 8 cylinder and they sold me a 6 cylinder. When I found out (1 day later) I called the salesman who said he was sorry and he would talk to the sales manager. When I called the sales manager, he said "you bought it, you took delivery of it, you own it!". This guy was a real dirtbag. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH O'MEARA AGAIN! More
Like many other comments on this website, I should have read the reviews on this and other sites before going to this dealer. I spotted a used car on the dealer's website which was type I was looking for read the reviews on this and other sites before going to this dealer. I spotted a used car on the dealer's website which was type I was looking for and near my budget. Within minutes of arriving at the dealership I was able to inspect and take a test drive. Once we were back in the lot I stated my max offer for the car which had to include sales tax and all of their mark-ups past the internet price. I made it clear I was not there to haggle and if they could not meet my price then we could both save time and move on. 45 minutes later and chatting with 2 'sales managers', they barely lowered the price and kept telling me they were attempting to reach their general sales manager for approval of my price. Was told they could not reach the GM, so no hard feelings I left. Was called two days later with another offer, but again did not match what I offered. Was called again the same day and was told it was 'my lucky day' and that they would accept my price. Drove from the DTC to their site in rush hour (i25) traffic. The showed me the offer sheet which was $2500 above my offer. The dealer stated the on-site GM decided not to accept my offer during the time I drove to their site. Of course I walked out and now plan never to return to this dealership. What I did learn was to get their signed offer sheet via fax or email before returning to any dealership. I know there are legit dealers out there! Good luck with your shopping! More
I went to Omeara to buy a new F150. I had been emailing a sales person for a week and gave them what I could afford and wanted to trade. I did my research and was prepaired when I arrived. By the way I w a sales person for a week and gave them what I could afford and wanted to trade. I did my research and was prepaired when I arrived. By the way I would at a motorcycle dealership and have worked in cars dealers for 15 years. I arrived and had to wait 30minutes for my sales person. After a test ride I told him I would like to talk price. We haggled back and forth and came to a very comfortable price. Then a person claiming to be the finance manager came to me and asked how I would be paying for the running boards, I informed him that it was part of the negotiated price of the vehicle. He then asked me how I would be paying the tax's! At this point I was done and wanted my keys for the vehicle I was traiding in. Now the sales manager came to me and asked told me they where sorry and it was a mistake that the tax's where included but the running boards where not and I would have to pay for them. I said ok, I want the truck and I would like to get it. I went to finance and did all the paperwork, signed to contract. When I came out I asked my sales person for my license and he gave it to me. Then the sales manager gal came and asked if I would give them a perfect score on the CSI sheet when contacted, I said no that I could not because I did not like the service they gave me and I would not refure any one to them. They told me they could not sell me a vehicle and tore the contract up and asked me to leave! More
Lies Lies Lies. I went to look for a used car, and explained everything to the salesman working with me. First of all, when you go to their website to look at their cars - you have to put in an em explained everything to the salesman working with me. First of all, when you go to their website to look at their cars - you have to put in an email address and phone number to move forward, then you can look at the cars they have available online. Once you've done this you will receive endless calls from the dealership until you come in. Once I go there the salesman who deals with "Online Sales" found me. I talked about what I could afford, and then he showed me their terrible selection. I told him that they didn't have anything I wanted in my price range and attempted to leave. As I was leaving, John (the salesman) pulls up in a beautiful 2008 Ford Focus and yells "This is IT!" I did get excited because he had actually found a car that I wanted, I asked if it was in my price range and he said "yeah yeah" and we took it for a test drive. I loved the car, and decided I wanted to buy it - that was when they tried barter with me, trying to get me to pay upwards of $16,000!!!! FOR A USED FOCUS! I told him that was out of my price range and attempted to talk him down. Long story long, I got him to 12,000 and bought the car (out of my price range) They gave me such a run around I thought I had gotten a good deal. When I got home, I went back to their website to look at the ad for my car. THERE IT WAS - listed for 10,500 - same VIN number and everything. The next day I called and yelled at them, and insisted on some items that did not come with the car because they had tricked me. They followed through - but I will NEVER visit this dealership again. They made me feel like a fool! More
