Elton took my initial calls and questions, but was called away , for a big meeting. In his place, Elton introduced me to Josh Nunez, who was a good replacement. Josh was a little more aggressive and direct, but I like people who are more direct. I had several expectations, and Josh made sure that they were met. I would rate Josh and Elton with the highest rating , because they both met my expectations above five other dealerships, and O'mera Ford"s television ad's are more honest. I have purchased three new Ford Trucks from O'mera, and I enjoy their professionally run building, as well as a staff that knows what it's doing. Josh and elton were even helpful when they took my old trade-in, and spent the time to set up my new truck. In future, when I have new car needs, I'll look for Josh and Elton. Micheal made this the easist and most fun to buy our truck, He is easy to talk to and not pushy in any way.He did most of the paper work over the phone with us. I really like working with Gilbert, however I was very put off by the Manager coming over and basically telling me my trade in was not worth anything and that the automatic doors didn't work, which in fac put off by the Manager coming over and basically telling me my trade in was not worth anything and that the automatic doors didn't work, which in fact they did. I knew what fair wholesale value was for the vehicle and I knew the bottom line of what you could let the car go out the door. I explained to Gilbert that I was a very experienced car Buyer and had in fact bought a Vehicle from O'meara in the past. I made it very clear that I did not want the old "get buttered up by the front salesman and then the beat down from the sales manager" I sold cars in the past and one of the reasons that I quit that job was because of those tactics. Gilbert explained to me that was how it was done. I do not see why exceptions can not be made, specifically if the customer makes it clear that is not how they want to do business. I am in sales and understand that it is important to get someone to commit right on the spot or you stand a chance of losing them. I also understand that it is important to listen to what the potential Buyers wishes are! You nearly lost me as a Buyer because of that tactic. I in the future will strike my deal online and encourage you as a company to take into account how the serious Buyer wants to do their business. More

Buying a car can be a stressful time. My wife and I expected this purchase to have a certain amount of stress as well. We have be customers at O'Meara ford since 1997. The four employees mentioned above all worked together to make sure our car buying experience was "exactly" what "we" wanted. Early on in the process we made some errors in specific features we wanted in our vehicle. The employees at O'Meara listened to our needs and they went to work for us and got us the features and vehicle we needed at a good price. I have purchased many vehicles over the years from different dealerships. The people at O'Meara were focused on our satisfaction and overall happiness, not just selling another car. No matter where you go to buy a vehicle there is always a certain amount of stress however, when the dealership and its employees are focused on customer service as much or more than selling a vehicle, it turns a stressful situation into a fun and exciting purchase. Just a brief explanation of some of the issues they helped us with. The first vehicle we picked out did not have the options we needed and they worked to find and get us into the vehicle that best met our needs. They were able to work out financing and downpayment issues that met our needs. There were a few other issues related to this sale that are personal and I am not comforable describing. Let me just say that those issues were addressed by the sales team and they were able to go above and beyond to help us with our purchase. I am not so sure the result would have been the same at another dealership. The biggest issue of all is that they treated us like people, they listened to our questions, needs and concerns and they acted on all of them so we were completely satisfied. Gilbert Martinez is one of the most friendly and experience car salesmen I have met. Even through the back and forth negotiations of price, downpayment, options and such, Gilbert maintained that we "the customer" would be taken care of. He was right. When my husband and i wenrt to the dealership my husband wanted me to take him to take his company truck to the shop to be repaired while my husband was in the shop i started looking at the new Mustangs as wanted me to take him to take his company truck to the shop to be repaired while my husband was in the shop i started looking at the new Mustangs as a previous Mustang owner I was always intregued about the new ones that have come out on the marker Jaime caught me lookng and we looked at the new 2012 Mustangs there were no Convertables on the outside of the lot that I liked however Jaime said he had a 2011 with only 95 miles on it I loved it instantly, when my husband and I looked at it we took it off the show room floor and took it for a spin! My Husband loved it! so did I! jamie loved sitting in the back seat and said he had not had that much fun in a long time with the convertable down and riding in the back seat, we got back to the dealership and wrote up a deal, I would have liked to get the Kelly Blue Book price for my 2007 mustang which had very low mileage on it, we did get a good deal and are very happy with our purchase, More
I'm new to Colorado and have a new job with little credit. I wasn't sure I could get financed at a reputable dealership but John said he could"get the job done" and he did.
