Everything at O'Meara Ford exceeded my expectations. I have been to many car dealerships which treated me differently because I am a woman, believing I am ignorant to what I want. Jaime Naranjo was one of the nicest and most genuine car salesman I've ever met. He made buying my new Ford Escape easy and fun. He was extremely helpful and thorough. Curtis was an excellent salesperson. He listended and directly responded to my questions. There was no conflict when it came to the final price, which included my trade-in. As I told Curtis I use Mac products after 25+ years of working with PC's. I would hope that Ford will allow me to fully use my iPhone based on the direction Apple is going with their Maps program. I would like to stay with Ford, so I am hoping for the best. Car issues. Really nothing major to talk about. It handles great and I am getting over 40 MPG on my longer trips. Was really surprised how nice the car is to drive. The automatic/dual clutch system is very easy to use, and I have not had any issues changing between them or using a combination based on my mountain driving. Very smooth. Will be trying out Ford's Sync system on my next major out-of-town trip and I'm hoping for ease of use and no major problems. Again -- Curtis was excellent and I'd recommend him to anyone. More
